Talent Release Forms are a mandatory aspect of participation in an American Federation Pueri Cantores event. Every singer is required to have a form filled out and returned to the AFPC office by the choir conductor - no later than 2 weeks prior to the festival date. Choristers without these forms will not be allowed to participate.
